Notice is given under the provisions of Section 4.59 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act that Forbes Shire Council has determined the following development applications, applications for modification of development consents and complying development certificate applications. |

In accordance with ss. 402-406 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council places on public exhibition its draft Operational Plan, Budget, Schedule of Fees and Charges and Statement of Revenue Policy for 2024/25.
Submissions may be made in writing to The General Manager, PO Box 333, Forbes NSW 2871, by email to forbes@forbes.nsw.gov.au or delivered to Council’s Administration Office at 2 Court Street.
