Forbes Shire Council is committed to providing a leadership role in the good management of work health and safety. We are committed to the highest level of legislative compliance and pride ourselves being a fully compliant facility with National Heavy Vehicle Law - under Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.

The CWLE is a Council worksite and we must ensure a safe and healthy environment for all saleyard users. As part of that commitment, we require all users of the facility to undertake a WHS Site Induction to improve their own, and other users safety.
