Council has seen a boom in smaller industrial lots at Landrace Industrial Estate. Council recently chose to subdivide one of the remaining lots to create 4 smaller lots to ease some of this development pressure. These lots are available for $55 per metre squared plus GST. That subdivision has recently been approved and the process will now commence to extend infrastructure services to the land to then allow the registration of the new lots.
